This middle school building facilitates learning for 6th through 8th grade students. These years are a difficult time for students as they change from children to adolescents. The staff at the Middle School recognizes and understands this aspect of the students they serve. Many proactive programs have been put in place above and beyond the regular classroom instruction. Following is a list of services and/or programs available to all our middle school students:
- Harassment Training: Staff members are trained on preventing harassment of students and learn how to identify and deter acts of harassment.
- Character Education: Staff members assist students as they discover who they are and their individual abilities.
- Peer Mediation/Student Assistance Program
- Safe Schools Program
- STAND (Students Taking A New Direction)
- P.A.S.S. (Middle School Parent Association
